If somebody harms me, I am not at peace until I can retaliate. I often find myself thinking over and over about things that have made me angry. Sometimes I get upset with a friend or family member even though that person is not the cause of my anger or frustration. I take my anger out on innocent others.
I would get frustrated if I could not think of a way to get even with someone who deserves it. I think about ways of getting back at people who have made me angry long after the event has happened.

I re-enact the anger episode in my mind after it has happened. The more time that passes, the more satisfaction I get from revenge. I feel angry about certain things in my life.
