The whole album is melancholic and very haunting, everything feels loose, and Dont Believe In You - Talk Talk - In Concert-384 (Vinyl feels like the whole album is just a jamming session, which is great. There are no big hits here to be found, but just some very interesting music, which is well worth seeking out. This is a great little album just don't be put off by the cover, it just not my cup of tea. The drums sounds beautiful and the hammond keyboards destroy everything!

General Comment Actually, it was written for his brother Ed who died after years of heroin abuse. This song and Inheritance are probably the best songs ever written. The soulful simplicity of these songs is brilliant. Remember they were written years ago and they are still masterpieces. Do you think you'll ever hear anything so peaceful and moving ever again? General Comment You really have to hear this one to believe it. The sound of the organ towards the end, and that repetition of "Spirit According to the housekeeper, she regularly wept it was so incredibly lovely. General Comment This is a song that I have loved for as many years as I can remember. It's all about the inability to deal with the realities of life as it stands, and trying to duck below the surface with chemicals to just simply deal with what is going on.
I also feel it's about accepting death - welcoming it almost as the purest route from the pain of being alive.
